Orders and returns

Track your order after checkout and request a return when an item is eligible.

Track an order

After checkout, your order history shows the current state of each order. For multi-store carts, updates can appear separately because each shop prepares its own package.

  • Paid or created: the order has been placed.
  • Picking or packed: the store is preparing the item.
  • Ready or handed over: the package is ready for delivery or collection by the delivery flow.
  • Delivered: the package has arrived.

Start a return

Use the returns area in your account to request a return for eligible items. Todifit supports a 7-day return window after delivery. The return workflow will ask for the item, reason, and any tracking information needed.

Return window

The 7-day window starts after the store shipment is delivered. Retailer settlement is also held through this period so refunds can be handled before funds are released.

When to contact support

Contact Todifit support if a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, the wrong item arrived, a return status looks stuck, or you cannot see an order you paid for.
