The basics

By using Todifit you agree to these terms. We try to keep them short and readable. If anything is unclear, get in touch.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Todifit account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Buying on Todifit

When you place an order, you're entering a contract with the retailer that sells the item, not with Todifit. We facilitate the transaction, the delivery, and customer support, but the retailer is legally responsible for the product itself.

Prices, stock levels, and product information are provided by retailers and may change without notice. We do our best to keep everything accurate.

Returns & refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some categories (intimate apparel, perishables, custom orders) are non-returnable — these will be marked clearly on the product page. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

AI try-on

The AI try-on feature is provided as-is for visualisation only. The generated image is an approximation and the actual fit, colour, and drape may differ. Our standard returns policy applies to anything you buy after using try-on.

Acceptable use

Don't use Todifit to attack our infrastructure, scrape data, submit obviously fake orders, or use the AI features in ways that violate Google's Vertex AI usage policies (no NSFW imagery, no impersonation, no minors).

Liability

Todifit's liability for any single transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer protections you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change materially affects you, we'll let you know by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
